MY CU Services To Purchase Data Processor AMIS
MIDDLETOWN, PA (10/31/13)--MY CU Services, the payment service and technology credit union service organization of Mid-Atlantic Corporate FCU, announced it will purchase Advanced Management Information Systems, a provider of information technology systems for credit unions.

Details of the sale are pending.

MY CU Services and AMIS have worked in partnership over the years and share credit union clients.

"Both organizations know the movement and are committed to helping credit unions grow and succeed in the marketplace," said Drew Kishbaugh, MY CU Services president/CEO.

"AMIS would bring expertise to our data processing and enhance our network capabilities, allowing MY CU Services to broaden our electronic payment and technology solutions for credit unions," said Kishbaugh. "It aligns well with our efforts to help credit unions by combining resources and purchasing power."

AMIS was founded in 1970 and is based in Carnegie, Pa. Among its services are data processing, backups, offsite backups, equipment, network solutions, websites and hardware maintenance. Its offices and staff will remain in Carnegie after the purchase.
