Todd Spiczenski is the senior vice president of the Credit Union National Association’s (CUNA) Center for Professional Development. As such, he is responsible for managing and leading the development, design and implementation of CUNA’s national schools, online training, eSchools, webinars, audio conferences and printed education materials. In addition, Spiczenski manages CUNA’s annual America’s Credit Union Conference and serves as a staff liaison to CUNA’s Community Credit Union Committee. He joined CUNA in 2001 as the director of learning events.
For over 20 years, Spiczenski has been designing, developing and conducting training programs for credit union employees, executives and volunteers. He has instructed at numerous schools, conferences and workshops for credit unions around the country. Prior to joining CUNA, Spiczenski worked at the Wisconsin Credit Union League for nine years, most recently as their vice president of member services.
Spiczenski earned his Bachelor of Science degree in education from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and completed his MBA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2013. Todd, his wife and two college-aged children reside in Wisconsin. They are actively engaged in their local community and are dedicated Green Bay Packer, Wisconsin Badger and Milwaukee Brewer fans.
