MADISON, Wis. ? Credit union executives can register for a unique educational and networking series designed around their interests and issues during the America?s Credit Union Conference & Expo, June 3-6, in Las Vegas.
The CEO/Executive Series allows registrants to meet conference keynoters, network with other credit union executives, and attend educational sessions with industry experts. Each of these 7:00-8:15 a.m. sessions begins with breakfast, with presentations immediately following at 7:15 a.m. This three-session series will feature:
Session 1: Monday, June 4 ? A Whole New Mind. Join Daniel Pink as he shares a bit of insight on his most recent book, which theorizes on the emergence of a right-brain dominated era and the six essential aptitudes on which professional success and personal fulfillment now depend. The executive discussion will include a regulatory and legislative update.
Session 2: Tuesday, June 5 ? Breaking Cycles. Christopher Gardner will briefly preview his keynote session on breaking cycles and overcoming obstacles, as told in his book, The Pursuit of Happyness. Gardner?s story ties directly to the credit union philosophy of ?people helping people? and the commitment to serving people of modest means. Mark Sievewright, Fiserv?s corporate vice president of market development, will lead this session?s executive discussion topic: credit union growth strategies.
Session 3: Wednesday, June 6 ? Leadership Lessons from Abraham Lincoln. Get a sneak peak into Doris Kearns Goodwin?s general session presentation analyzing the political acumen of one of our most famous former presidents and the lessons that can still be learned from him today.
The executive discussion topic for this session, the road ahead for U.S. payments, will once again be lead by Sievewright.
Attendees of the CEO Executive Series will receive an autographed copy of each keynoter?s book. Those who are interested in attending should add the CEO/Executive Series to their conference registration.
