CUNA Attorney's Conference is an invaluable conference for attorneys who represent credit unions and credit union organizations. The conference provides current and comprehensive legal, regulatory and compliance training as well as valuable networking for attorneys with their colleagues, regulators and subject matter experts.

Each year the conference will cover the most timely credit union specific topics, as well as general legal and financial subjects that an attorney can use to best represent their clients. Attendees gain a wealth of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and Ethics credits, all in one venue and all pertinent to their representation of the industry.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credits

The CUNA Attorney's Conference has previously qualified for CLE credit every year in each state where an accreditation form was submitted by an attendee. The credit hours granted, range from 12.0 to 17.0 credits (including Ethics). Each state’s approved hours will depend on how the individual state bars calculate CLE credits.

Each attendee is responsible for submitting the accreditation form (and necessary materials) to their state bar associations. A generic CLE Application for Accreditation Form is provided at registration check-in. We will be happy to cooperate with you in meeting the particular requirements for your state. If your state requires advanced approval, please email Amy Larson at alarson@cuna.coop as soon as possible so that information can be sent accordingly.
