Managers often have to deal with sensitive human resource issues that can have an emotional effect on employees. To address these sensitive issues, managers need to know what to expect and how to deal with this situation. These interactive courses will address workplace diversity, gender issues, sexual harassment and employment law issues. It will explore strategies for dealing with issues and ideas for how to stay "on course" while addressing them. The online module contains 5 courses.
