For many members, tellers personify the credit union' so it is important that frontline staff make a good first impression on new members while maintaining successful relationships with existing members. These interactive courses teach fundamentals that every teller should know including maintaining the teller work station, handling cash and negotiable instruments, balancing the teller drawer, operating remote branches, understanding features and benefits of credit union products and services, and translating financial jargon into terms members understand.
