In a job market flooded with job seekers, it can be a challenge to find the perfect employee to fill a position. Job experience and educational backgrounds are all great places to start, but how do you get the right person for the job? These interactive courses identify special skills and awareness of complex legal issues that managers need to know. It will build skills to write job descriptions, evaluate resumes, select applicants, conduct job interviews, establish salaries, and learn legal guidelines that cover these activities.
