Take your skills as a trainer to the next level by putting yourself in the learners shoes. In this module, you will explore the principles of adult learning, including what motivates adults to learn, and the various ways in which they prefer to learn. You will explore techniques to make your training memorable and effective through interactive, learner-centered activities and the use of technology. In addition to improving your facilitation skills, you will learn how motivate your learners and help them retain and apply the information long after the training is over. The online module contains six courses.
