Most of the calculators are equipped with a "What If" feature that uses the information entered to display tables of results based on variables such as loan term, rate and down payment, making the calculators more useful and streamlined. For loans, the calculators generate payment schedules with detailed accounts of payment amounts, remaining amount owed, principal paid, interest paid and cumulative interest paid.
