Executive Management Team

JILL TOMALIN

Jill Tomalin is senior vice president of the Credit Union National Association's (CUNA) Association Services division, located in the Madison, Wis., offices. She also serves on CUNA's Executive Management Team.

Under the Association Services umbrella, Tomalin oversees the daily operations of CUNA's Center for Professional Development (CPD), the CUNA Councils, and meeting and special events. These three areas collectively provide products and services geared toward education and training, hard copy and online publications, new product development, and other related services for state leagues, credit unions, and credit union employees.

She was most recently the vice president of CPD, which imparts a blended learning approach to adult education for credit union employees. She first joined CUNA in 2000 as the director of educational resources.

Prior to her work with CUNA, Tomalin served as vice president of credit union development for the Texas Credit Union League. In this position, she provided management and leadership over the league's education and training division as well as the Texas Credit Union Foundation.

She was first introduced into the credit union movement more than 15 years ago through her work as the advertising and sales manager for the Credit Union Executives Society.

Tomalin has a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is also a credit union development educator and a certified league executive.
