JILL TOMALIN

Jill Tomalin is senior vice president of the Credit Union National Association's Association Services division, located in the Madison, Wis., office. Under the Association Services umbrella, Tomalin provides management and leadership over the Center for Professional Development, CUNA Councils, and CUNA Meetings & Special Events. These three areas collectively provide products and services geared toward education and training, hard copy and online publications, new product development, and other related services for credit unions, credit union employees and volunteer boards. She serves on CUNA’s Executive Management Team. She is also CUNA’s staff liaison to Filene i3 and the Volunteer Leadership Committee.

Prior to her current role, Tomalin performed as vice president of CUNA’s Center for Professional Development, which incorporates a blended learning approach to adult education for credit union employees and boards. She first joined CUNA in 2000 as the director of educational resources.

Tomalin also served in management roles for Dallas-based Texas Credit Union League and Madison, Wis. Based Credit Union Executives Society (CUES).

Tomalin earned a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed her MBA in May, 2010 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a credit union development educator and a certified league executive.
