VISION, MISSION AND GOALS
VISION STATEMENT:
CUNA will be the premier trade association in the financial services arena.
MISSION STATEMENT:
CUNA supports, protects, unifies and advances the credit union movement.
GOALS:
CUNA will accomplish its mission in the following ways:
- By consistently and accurately anticipating the needs of its members.
- By providing leadership, advocacy and services that positively energize the credit union movement and those it serves.
- By being recognized by its members and other important audiences as the definitive source of information and perspective on issues and trends affecting the movement.
- By systematically collecting data on its members’ needs, measuring its members’ satisfaction and its success, and striving to continuously improve its effectiveness.
- By developing and maintaining an efficient and effective infrastructure that encompasses human, financial and technological resources.
- By being recognized as the definitive voice of credit unions on Capitol Hill and with the Administration.
