Minimum Order

The minimum order is $50. All orders less than $50 will be charged an $8 order-processing fee.

The manufacturers aim to ship in exact quantities, but may ship 5-10% over or under. *Please note: clothing will be shipped in exact quantities and sizes.

Send no money now - your credit union will be billed for your order, plus shipping and handling. Please note that standard products will be shipped separately from custom products.

Turnaround Time

All products will be shipped to arrive in time for ICU Day, October 21. If you need part or all of your order sooner, please alert us to your needs when ordering.

Returns

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us of any defects within two weeks of receiving shipment. Promotional items cannot be returned for reasons other than defect.
