Claims teams are assisting members and credit unions with MEMBERS Auto Insurance and MEMBERS Homeowners Insurance program coverages, which are underwritten by Liberty Mutual and Progressive Insurance. Insured members affected by Hurricane Katrina can call 800-2-CLAIMS (800-225-2467) for Liberty Mutual claims, or 800-776-4737 for Progressive claims 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
CUNA Mutual Mortgage Corporation has placed a block on any new assessment of late charges and credit bureau reporting for credit union members who have mortgages serviced by CUNA Mutual Mortgage in counties declared disaster areas by FEMA due to Hurricane Katrina.
