Instructions for downloading PDF files
Follow the steps below to download PDF files
- If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, download it. There is no charge.
- Click on the designated PDF file
- If the Adobe Acrobat Reader does not automatically open, you'll need to
do the following:
- If you use Netscape Navigator, place your mouse over the link above and RIGHT CLICK.
Then select the "save link as" option. You'll be able to save the file to your hard drive.
[Note: remember where you put the file].
- If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, place your mouse over the link above and RIGHT CLICK.
Then select the "save target as" option. You'll be able to save the file to your hard drive.

- Open Adobe Acrobat reader. In the upper left click on "file" then "open". Locate the
file from your hard drive and choose "open".
- If you have problems with downloading or opening the file, please call 800-356-9655,
