MADISON, WI – Credit union staff unable to attend this year’s Symposium in San Francisco can still participate in two of its sessions via audio conference. E-Scan Insights – Demographics & Consumer Behavior will be offered from 3:15 – 4:30 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Monday, September 24, 2001, and Exploring the Future: From "E" to Reality will be offered from 8:30 – 10 a.m. (Pacific Time) on Tuesday, September 25, 2001.

E-Scan Insights - Demographics & Consumer Behavior will be presented by Vicki Joyal, Vice President of Market Research & Information for the Credit Union National Association (CUNA). The session will outline:
