Register Now for the 2001 BAI Retail Delivery Conference

MADISON, WI – CUNA is once again partnering with the Bank Administration Institute (BAI) to provide credit unions with special rates on one of the industry’s premier conferences on retail financial services, the 2001 BAI Retail Delivery Conference. The conference is set for December 12-14, in Anaheim, California.

You’ll be immersed in some of the hottest topics today presented by some of the industry’s leading experts on retail delivery. Headliners for this year’s conference include:

  • David Coulter, Vice Chairman, JP Morgan Chase.
  • Meg Whitman, President and CEO, eBay Inc.
  • Mike Jensen, Chief Financial Correspondent (Retired), NBC News.

Participants will have over 50 sessions to choose from, including some delivered in Spanish. Topics include leveraging the Internet, profitability: developing a customer- managed relationship perspective, integrating delivery channels, and organizational imperatives of the new economy. Sixteen pre-conference workshops will also be offered December 10-11.

Through a special arrangement by CUNA & Affiliates, credit union participants can enroll at CUNA’s member price of $1095, a savings of over 40% off the non-member price. CUNA, CUNA Mutual Group, and U.S. Central Credit Union will host a reception for credit union attendees the conference.

The first 500 people to register (by November 2, 2001,) will also receive a free pass to Disney’s newest theme park, California Adventure. Transportation will be provided to the Anaheim Convention Center for a pre-conference reception. Then it’s off to the park for fun and friendship. Return transportation will also be provided.
