Madison, Wis. (February 3, 2012) –Credit Union National Association’s CUNA World-Class Service Leadership Institute is slated to take place this May 21-23, 2012 in Denver, CO. Registration and institute information is available at training.cuna.org/wcs.

The CUNA World-Class Service Leadership Institute offers attendees an exclusive, behind the scenes glimpse into how one of the leading sales cultures in the world, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, has built its world-class reputation.
