Having the right talent in place is crucial to any organization's success, especially in light of the current economy, increased governmental scrutiny on executive compensation, and an increasingly challenging operating environment. An attractive and competitive compensation package is paramount for credit unions to attract and retain quality leaders. Understanding the current trends and analyzing compensation data from the credit union industry will assist credit unions in providing a total compensation package that is in line with industry standards, and reflects the interests of the credit union's members — as well as the interests of current or potential senior executives.

Through this webinar, you will:
  • Examine nationwide trends in executive compensation
  • Gain industry benchmarks for your credit union
  • Explore how to design and evaluate executive compensation packages
