About This Event

Many credit unions exhaust significant time and effort developing strategic plans only to realize later that their tactical plans are driving the wrong behaviors and producing the wrong results. To truly build long-term and profitable relationships with members you need front line execution that is aligned with the credit union’s desired outcome. This session will introduce you to the many cultural components necessary to create an aligned culture.

In this session, you will learn to:
  • Integrate your strategic objectives with individual and team action plans across the credit union
  • Align your front-line relationship building efforts with your credit union’s growth strategy
  • Create a leadership and coaching process to keep efforts focused on the desired result
  • Institute a process for holding employees accountable for their production
  • Thoroughly assess the current state of your credit union’s sales and service culture
