About This Event

Learn how to fulfill the needs of your members, increase exposure to your credit union's products and services, and develop a successful sales culture. This eSchool will inspire new sales people, rejuvenate veterans, and help non-sales professionals become an effective part of the sales team. All employees need this training for projecting a professional image in your credit union with every member interaction.

Archived CUNA eSchools enable staff to pick up new skills and keep up with daily responsibilities. Viewing a archived eSchool will enable you to see and hear a presentation, questions of the instructor, and refer to handouts. You need only a computer with an Internet connection and speakers. If you have a computer projection screen, it's easy to provide this training to a whole roomful of staff!

Use our 90- to 120-minute archived eSchools as part of a full day of training by gaining knowledge and ideas at the eSchool, then spend some time discussing how the new information applies to your credit union.

A single session archived eSchool will be made available usually within 48 hours of the live event and a two session archived eSchool will be made available within 48 hours of the conclusion of the second session. Instructors

Angela Prestil

Angela is director of sales culture development for Creating Member Loyalty™ at the Credit Union National Association (CUNA). Her responsibilities include ensuring the successful implementation of the Creating Member Loyalty™ program for more than 200 credit unions nationwide, as well as managing the development and design of the Creating Member Loyalty™.

Angela brings more than 20 years of experience developing and delivering educational programs and products to CUNA. Her expertise lies in marketing, sales, innovation and train-the-trainer programs and products, as well as in customer relationship development. She joined CUNA in February of 2000. Since coming to CUNA, Angela has conducted training around the country at League meetings, CUNA schools and CUNA webinars.
