Join us for a guided journey into the world of CUNA CPDOnline!

Have you recently signed up for a free 30-day trial of CUNA CPDOnline, are new to your CUNA CPDOnline membership or you would like a refresher on how to navigate CUNA CPDOnline? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this is the virtual tour for you!

Learn the most commonly performed tasks by a CUNA CPDOnline training administrator. In this tour, you will become familiar with the three different modes:

  • Learner Mode - includes how to register as a new student, enroll in a learning activity, view a training schedule and view a training transcript
  • Manager Mode - includes how to look up a direct report, view learner transcripts and register others for training
  • Administrator Mode - includes how to manage staff, reset passwords, edit learner information, link a manager to a user, export and monitor your credit union roster and pull a global transcript report

Webinar Overview

Just like in face-to-face classes, CUNA Webinars allow you to see and hear a presentation, ask questions of the instructor, and refer to handouts. You need only a speakerphone and computer with Internet connection. With a computer projection screen, it's easy to provide this training to a whole roomful of staff! When you register for an event, the connection information will be e-mailed to you 24-48 hours before the event. Who Should Attend

This webinar is beneficial for human resource and training professionals that are new to CUNA CPDOnline training or those who have used CUNA CPDOnline in the past and are looking for a refresher course.

Affiliation with CUNA/League is required for attendance.

Cancellations

Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) seven or more days before the start of the program are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $0 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received six days or less before a program begins. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
