Woody Hodgdon, CUCE, BSACS

Woody is the founder of W & D Adventures, LLC and Regulations A-Z & More. He has been a national compliance presenter for more than 17 years and recently retired from Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union after 28 years. Woody was most recently the national compliance manager at Addison Avenue and was located in their Loveland, Colorado branch. He spent three years as an agent for CUNA Mutual in northern Colorado prior to starting his management career with credit unions. Woody has been involved in credit union management, operations, marketing and compliance issues for more than 30 years and has also held jobs as interim credit union manager, vice president of operations, branch manager, marketing manager, collection & compliance manager and senior loan officer.


Rick Menton, CCUE, CLE

Rick is the president of Menton Consulting, Inc., Tulsa, Oklahoma. He focuses on providing credit unions with strategic management and planning facilitation, project management assistance, sales training, executive recruitment, and seminar and workshop presentations. Prior to forming Menton Consulting, Inc., he spent 23 years with the Minnesota and Oklahoma Credit Union Leagues in senior management positions. Additionally, he has worked as a marketing executive, lender, and in collections for credit unions and consumer finance companies.


Angela Prestil

Angela is director of sales culture development for Creating Member Loyalty™ at the Credit Union National Association (CUNA). Her responsibilities include ensuring the successful implementation of the Creating Member Loyalty™ program for more than 200 credit unions nationwide, as well as managing the development and design of the Creating Member Loyalty™.

Angela brings more than 20 years of experience developing and delivering educational programs and products to CUNA. Her expertise lies in marketing, sales, innovation and train-the-trainer programs and products, as well as in customer relationship development. She joined CUNA in February of 2000. Since coming to CUNA, Angela has conducted training around the country at League meetings, CUNA schools and CUNA webinars.


Rory Rowland, CCUE

Rory is a business consultant and dynamic seminar leader specializing in programs on lending, technology, leadership, and communications skills. After serving as president of two credit unions and earning his CCUE, Rory began using his communications skills and specialized background in credit unions to help others in the movement be more effective.

Rory has presented his humoerous and high-energy programs in all 50 states over the past eight years, as well as in Canada and Mexico. Rory is continually one of the most highly rated speakers at state and national associations throughout the country, including many of the credit union leagues conferences throughout the country.


Harry Strausser, III

Harry is president of the Remit Corporation and Interact Training and Development where he oversees the operation of a full-service collection agency and coordinates the training programs of its educational subsidiary. Harry is active in both the Pennsylvania Collectors Association and ACA International in which he is a certified instructor. He has instructed more than 150 seminars for the ACA. At the 1993 International Conference in San Antonio, he was named "instructor of the year" for that organization and is a member of the International Fellowship of Certified Collection Executives. In January 1998 he was the recipient of the Kurt Swersky Innovative Leadership Award at the Leadership Forum of the American Collectors Association held at Snowmass, CO. He was a founding board member of the Northeast Pennsylvania Chapter of the International Credit Association. He currently serves on the ACA International Executive Committee as treasurer.
