Understand the new final remittance transfer rule and how it may impact your credit union.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has amended Regulation E regarding remittance transfers. You may be surprised to learn that it may, in fact, impact your credit union even if you don’t do traditional remittance transfers. Depending on how many international wire transfers or ACH transactions your credit union performs each year, you may be subject to this rule.

To explain the ins-and-outs, as well as to help you determine if your credit union staff will need to make changes, Andrea Stritzke from Policyworks, llc. will discuss the new requirements for traditional remittance transfers.
