Stay compliant and up-to-date with consumer lending regulations!

This two part webinar will cover the regulations from the RegTraC Consumer Lending Regulations module. You will learn the important aspects of each of these regulations and be prepared to take the Consumer Lending Regulations exam. This exam is one of the 5 exams required to obtain the CUNA CUCE (Credit Union Compliance Expert) designation. Testers will be required to schedule a testing time with an approved proctor and order their exam by fax.

Now that the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) has the oversight authority for consumer compliance regulations, is your credit union ready for the changes? Join us for a discussion of the changes and how to implement them at your credit union. Find out what other changes are on their way, so you can be prepared.
  • Discuss current changes in consumer loan regulations and how they affect your credit union
