About This Event
Gain an understanding of the regulatory requirements that pertain to marketing your products. Do you have questions on what HAS to be included in a marketing piece for your credit unions money market accounts? Not sure if the NCUA share insurance logo should appear in ads? How about size and spacing requirements? Are the requirements different for print ads, radio ads and webpage ads? Recent changes in the regulations have been adding marketing requirements that both the compliance and marketing departments need to be aware of. Join your peers for this informative session and learn the answers to these questions and others you may have.
As part of your tuition youll receive a copy of the CUNA Compliance & Marketing Guidebook that will be used as a workbook during the sessions. You will also be assigned pre-reading from that guidebook to prepare you for the session.

In the second session of this two part webinar you will learn how to use the checklists from the Compliance and Marketing Guidebook to review marketing pieces for compliance. As pre-work for this session, you will be asked to submit one of your credit unions deposit product ads so you can put what you learned in the first session into action.

Andrea Stritzke, CUCE
As vice president of PolicyWorks, Andrea is responsible for the delivery of PolicyWorks' regulatory services and new product development while also working with individual credit unions to provide them with training and counsel on certain regulatory matters.
Kyle Woodmansee
Kyle is a Compliance Specialist at PolicyWorks'. He works with individual credit unions to develop and review compliance procedures, perform compliance reviews related to the Bank Secrecy Act, conduct web audits, review policies and help credit unions ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Prior to joining PolicyWorks, Kyle was involved in a variety of compliance capacities related to collections and bankruptcy at Wells Fargo Financial for over 3 years. During this time he also headed up implementation processes, developed efficiencies, and built operating procedures that helped Wells Fargo Financial deal with the ever changing financial environment.

Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) before the end of business on July 17, 2012 are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after July 17, 2012. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
