Dave Manning
Dave has been a credit union member for over 40 years with his first account at Navy Federal Credit Union. He is currently a member at Northeast Federal Credit Union and Coastal Federal Credit Union, where he has been a member for the last 15 years. Dave was recruited to be a volunteer with Coastal FCU in 2003. During that time, he has served on the supervisory committee, the board advisory committee and the nominating committee. Dave was appointed to the chairman of the supervisory committee in 2008 and was appointed as a board member in 2009. When Dave joined the volunteer ranks at Coastal FCU, all audit functions had outsourced to external vendors until 2010. Due to Coastal’s growth and size, it was recommended that an internal audit team be established. Dave was responsible for transitioning the audit function in-house.
Dave currently works at SAS institute as a partner development executive.
