About This Event
With bankruptcy filings continuing to increase, credit unions must recognize when bankrupt members are attempting to cram down a mortgage lien or avoid a judgment lien. This webinar will provide essential tools and tips to help determine whether the attempted cram down and lien avoidance is proper or if it should be objected. Using the concepts and flow charts provided, you will also be able to mitigate losses by conducting workouts and modifications to your credit union's benefit.
