Jennifer Hoskins, CPA, MPA, CTGA
Jennifer is a partner at Nearman, Maynard, Vallez, CPAs. During fieldwork, she follows the progress of the engagement, resolving accounting and auditing problems as they arise and discussing any specific concerns of the supervisory committee. Jennifer also presents the audit results to the supervisory committee, management, and board of directors at exit briefing. When the fieldwork is completed, Jennifer supervises the preparation of the financial statements and reports on operations and reviews the audit workpapers. She is also responsible for ensuring the audit teams comply with professional and regulatory announcements, including the firm’s quality control standards.
Chris Vallez CPA, MBA, CICA
Chris is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in over ten states and a Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA). Chris has been associated with Nearman, Maynard, Vallez, CPAs since 1991, during which time he has advanced to the position of partner. As a partner, he is responsible for all aspects of certified audit and agreed upon procedure engagements. Chris has performed numerous audits of both federal and state chartered credit unions.
