About This Event

As credit unions seek to move business intelligence from the back office to the front line, the challenge becomes how to best present relationship and profit information and make it actionable at the front line, where it matters most. The Marketing Customer Information File (MCIF) has been used by thousands of financial institutions to help them better understand their client base. The unparalleled relationship view, along with the understanding of profit contribution that the MCIF provides is essential to both tactical and strategic planning. The same information is vital to helping credit unions implement a successful Member Relationship Management (MRM) strategy.

Carolyn is the direct marketing and events coordinator with Service Credit Union. As part of her role, she oversees all direct mailings, assisted in the development of Service Credit Union’s on-boarding program, and oversees its continuance.



Tammy Daniels
Tammy has been with Harland Financial Solutions for more than ten years. During her tenure, she has assisted clients in support and training. Now, as a marketing analyst, she works with service bureau clients who use Harland Financial Solutions’ business intelligence solution, Touché Analyzer, to manage and support the credit union’s business intelligence database.
