Instructors

INSTRUCTORS


Joshua currently serves as legal counsel at Veridian Credit Union, in Waterloo Iowa, with a primary focus on consumer collection issues and regulatory compliance. Upon graduation from law school, Joshua served as a compliance analyst for PolicyWorks, in Des Moines, Iowa.

Jessica works for the Iowa Attorney General's Office as an assistant attorney general and the deputy administrator of the Iowa Consumer Credit Code. Prior to working for state government, Jessica was a litigator for the Minneapolis-based firm Dorsey & Whitney.

Jonathan is a labor and employment law attorney with the national law firm, Constangy, Brooks & Smith. He is currently serving his country as a JAG officer in the Georgia Air National Guard. Jonathan publishes an annual article on Labor & Employment Law for the Mercer Law Review, and is a chapter editor for the book, The Developing Labor Law (5th Ed.)

In September 2006, Jonathan was selected as a “Rising Star” in the SuperLawyers® Edition of ATLANTA Magazine, and has been named one of GEORGIA TREND Magazine’s “40-under-40,” which recognizes “Georgia’s Best and Brightest – rising stars in business, politics, the arts, nonprofits and education.”
