CFPB Announces Panelists for Arbitration Field Hearing

Today, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) announced details about Thursday’s field hearing focused on arbitration clauses. The field hearing will feature remarks by CFPB Director Richard Cordray, followed by a panel discussion with consumer groups and industry representatives, and concluding with testimony from members of the public. Kevin Hammar of Aldridge, Hammar, Wexler & Bradley, P.A. will be testifying on behalf of the Nevada Credit Union League and will be representing a credit union perspective. 

The event will be livestreamed at consumerfinance.gov
