The House of Representatives will consider H.R. 1629, the Fairness in Orphan Drug Exclusivity Act; H. Res. 275, the Condemning the horrific shootings in Atlanta, Georgia, on March 16, 2021, and reaffirming the House of Representative's commitment to combating hate, bigotry, and violence against the Asian-American and Pacific Islander community; H.R. 3233, the National Commission to Investigate the January 6 Attack on the United States Capitol Complex Act; and H.R. 3237, the Emergency Security Supplemental to Respond to January 6th Appropriations Act.

In addition, the House will consider the following bills under Suspension of the Rules:

The Senate will convene at 3:00 pm on Monday and resume consideration of S.1260, the Endless Frontier Act.



The House Committee on Small Business Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Tax, and Capital Access will hold a hearing: “Examining the role of Community Development Financial Institutions and Minority Depository Institutions in Small Business Lending.”

The Senate Finance Committee will hold a hearing: "Funding and Financing Options to Bolster American Infrastructure."

The Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee will hold a hearing: "Reauthorization of the National Flood Insurance Program, Part I."

The House Committee on Financial Services Subcommittee on National Security, International Development, and Monetary Policy will hold a hearing: “Examining Belt and Road: The Lending Practices of the People's Republic of China and Impact on the International Debt Architecture.”


The Senate Appropriations Committee Subcommittee on Financial Services and General Government will hold a hearing: “Internal Revenue Service: Narrowing the Tax Gap and Improving Taxpayer Services.”


The Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee will hold a hearing: "21st Century Communities: Expanding Opportunity Through Infrastructure Investments."
