Learn More about Member Benefits
With the current health concerns related to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), your wellness and safety remain our top priority. For resources and information from CUNA and Leagues, visit the COVID-19 Response Center. We are continuing to monitor and review local and hotel guidelines to determine if we can hold this program as scheduled. If a change is needed for a program, we are striving to make those decisions and notifications no less than a month before the event to provide attendees an opportunity to plan.
As we anticipate various scenarios for travel across the country, we are also developing additional virtual options including a virtual event adapted from CUNA Collections & Bankruptcy School. You can find more information about this program when it is available as well as information about the more than 50 new offerings from courses, webinars, eSchools and now virtual conferences at cuna.org/learn.
No one is excited by the reality of bankruptcy or the necessity of collections, but with current best practices, you can make the process as smooth as possible for both you and your members.
At this school, you'll gain new insights and perspectives from industry experts, and return to your credit union with fresh strategies for your collections program.
Based on experience and skill level, attendees can choose one of the following tracks:
Introduction (For collectors with five years or less of experience) addresses the nuts and bolts of collections and bankruptcy along with big picture issues.
Advanced (For experienced collectors and collections managers) provides an in-depth look at current issues, hot topics and real-life situations to help learn the best methods of solving them.
No matter your experience level or connection to collections, you'll gain valuable insights to apply at your credit union.
This event is endorsed by the CUNA Lending Council.
You can earn group-live credits for this program. For more information, please contact CUNA at 800-356-9655 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
