Non-member credit unions interested in attending must contact CUNA to confirm eligibility before making travel arrangements.     The National Credit Union Foundation dinner presenting the Herb Wegner Awards is a separate ticketed event and is not included in the registration fee.

    Payment options

    ACH is the preferred method of payment. Please have your ACH/debit, VISA, MasterCard or American Express information available before you continue with your order. Payment is required upon registration. If you must pay by check, register via the PDF form and mail with payment to the address below.

    Additions or changes to a completed registration cannot be submitted online. Please call 800-356-9655, ext. 5700 for assistance. 

    Cancellations and refunds

    All cancellations must be received in writing. Please provide a brief explanation for the cancellation and submit via email to reginfo@cuna.coop. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the event are subject to a 25% administrative fee on the order total. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after 30 days prior to the event. Substitutions are accepted prior to the start of the program. Additional costs may apply. Please provide the event name current participant name and new participant name to reginfo@cuna.coop.

    Guest tour “Lunch with Former White House Pastry Chef-Roland Mesnier” is non-refundable.

    Tour cancellations for Evening Concert at National Cathedral, Stabler-Leadbeater Museum, National Zoo, National Museum of African American History & Culture and DC’s Most Beautiful Churches received more than 30 days prior to the event are subject to a 25% administrative fee. After January 25, no tour refunds will be issued.

    CPE Credits

    You can earn 15 group-live CPE credit hours for CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference. No advance preparation is required. For more information regarding administrative policies, such as complaints and refunds, please contact CUNA at 800-356-9655, ext. 5700.

    Credit Union National Association (CUNA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website:  www.learningmarket.org.

    CUNA, itself or by its contractors, may be photographing, videotaping, audio-taping or webcasting sessions and events at CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference. By registering for CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference, attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow their image to be used by CUNA, such as in association publications, on CUNA's website and in marketing and promotional materials, without compensation.

    • Admission to all events in the exhibit hall, including Sunday grand opening and reception, breakfast and lunch on Monday; breakfast, lunch on Tuesday
    • Admission to the conference general sessions, breakout sessions, and CUNA annual general meeting
    • Breakfast on Wednesday outside the general session
    • “Late Night at the GAC” Tuesday night
