Learn More about Member Benefits
Following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), CUNA is postponing all events through May 15, including this year's CUNA Kansas City Small Credit Union Strategic Planning Workshop.
Your health, safety and welfare are our highest priority, and we continue to follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). At a time like this, credit unions are on the front lines of their communities ensuring members get the support they need
For your immediate attention:
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this postponement causes. As we carefully continue monitoring CDC and WHO guidance, we'll keep you updated and provide updates on our website regarding future plans for this and other CUNA events.
CUNA's NEW Small Credit Union Strategic Planning Workshop instructs CEOs, key staff, and board members how to establish an effective board planning process at your credit union.
This one-day “drive-in and drive-out” workshop also features three case studies on thriving small credit unions, a takeaway Facilitator's Guide that walks credit union leaders step-by-step through the strategic planning process, and the rare occasion to network with credit unions outside your state.
Come learn how to have better and more impactful conversations with your Board so that you can start identifying your niche as a credit union and planning your future success!
This workshop is beneficial for any Credit Union employee or board member at a CU Under $120 million in assets.
