  • Recognize the importance of teaching members to involve all family members in the counseling and education process, from understanding the problems to being part of the solution
  • Explore how the credit scoring system works and how to help members change their attitudes and habits to ensure their credit score improves
  • Examine the different types of credit cards that are available to members and how to choose the right credit card for them
  • Recognize the additional issues self-employed members face and how to address them
  • Recognize other members with irregular incomes who need specific information and advice
