Shipping Process

Most orders are shipped UPS ground and you can expect to receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days. If you need a package sooner, please indicate the shipping method. CUNA accepts no liability for orders that do not meet shipping estimates.

Invoicing and Payment

Invoices will be sent to the credit union once the product has been shipped. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Payment can be sent in the form of check, credit card (VISA or MasterCard), or ACH.


The prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order.


Product returns are accepted for physical products only, within 30 days of receipt of your order, and must be in the condition they were sent to you in. The Credit Union National Association will reimburse the individual the full cost of the returned item only. Freight will be paid by you. No credit will be issued for unauthorized returns. Please ship your returned package via a tracking ship method. Sorry, no C.O.D. returns will be accepted.

Please enclose a copy of the original packing slip with the return, indicating on the reverse of the packing slip the reason for the return. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include something with your order number noted.If the merchandise was shipped to you in error or arrived damaged or defective, we will issue a call tag for the item to be picked up at no cost to you.

Custom Products

A proof will be provided to you within 48-72 hours of receiving the request. After you have approved the proof in writing, your order will then be shipped within 10-12 business days. Custom orders cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Custom orders (i.e., statement stuffers, drive up envelopes, etc.) can have an over run or an under run of 5-10%. You agree to pay for actual quantities.
