Booth Opportunities

  • Premium - $5,000
    • Requires $6,000 minimum sponsorship per 10’ x 10’ space and must be secured at the same time as booth space.
  • Standard - $4,250
  • Corners - $600 each

Each 10’ x 10’ booth space includes:

  • Two booth representatives
  • Pipe and drape
  • Carpet is required but not included. This can be secured through the show service kit when available after booth assignment is made.

Additional booth representatives can be added for $950 each. This registration opportunity will be available after booth assignment is made.

  • Custom booth package
    • Want to reduce your shipping and setup time? Our custom booth packages will help. Simply add a custom booth package to your 10’ x 10’ booth space contract, supply the ad files and your space will be branded when you arrive on-site! Please see below for two options:
      • Package with 1M panel and cabinet - $2,800
      • Package with 8’ graphic back wall and cabinet - $4,500
      • Carpet

  • Kiosk booth - $2,500
    • Includes ONE booth representative. No option to add more.
    • Approximately 3’ x 7’ in size

  • 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Exhibitor Move-in

Sunday, Feb. 26

  • 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Exhibitor Move-in
  • 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Grand Opening

Monday, Feb. 27

  • 8:00 – 9:15 a.m. – Exhibit Hall/Breakfast
  • 11:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Exhibit Hall/Lunch
  • 3:30 – 5:15 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Open

Tuesday, Feb. 28

  • 8:00 – 9:15 a.m. – Exhibit Hall/Breakfast
  • Noon – 1:30 p.m. – Exhibit Hall/Lunch
  • 3:45 – 5:15 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Open & Closing Reception

Wednesday, March 1

  • 7:00 p.m. – Closing CUNA GAC Party/Event
