Learn More about Member Benefits
With the current health concerns related to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), your wellness and safety remain our top priority. For resources and information from CUNA and Leagues, visit the COVID-19 Response Center. We are continuing to monitor and review local and hotel guidelines to determine if we can hold this program as scheduled. If a change is needed for a program, we are striving to make those decisions and notifications no less than a month before the event to provide attendees an opportunity to plan.
As we anticipate various scenarios for travel across the country, we are also developing additional virtual options including a virtual event adapted from CUNA Attorney's Conference. You can find more information about this program when it is available as well as information about the more than 50 new offerings from courses, webinars, eSchools and now virtual conferences at cuna.org/learn.
Whether you serve as in-house counsel or as outside practitioners, the legal and regulatory knowledge necessary to represent credit unions and credit union organizations is always changing.
At CUNA Attorney's Conference, attorneys who represent credit unions and credit union organizations will receive this current and comprehensive legal and regulatory training. The opportunity to earn Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits is available, along with valuable networking with colleagues, regulators and subject matter experts.
This conference is beneficial for attorneys who represent credit unions as in-house counsel or as outside practitioners.
The CUNA Attorney's Conference has previously qualified for CLE credit every year in each state where an accreditation form was submitted by an attendee. We are recommending approval of 16 CLE credits for this conference, 14 in our curriculum, which includes two two credits of ethics.
Each attendee is responsible for submitting the accreditation form (and necessary materials) to their state bar associations. A generic CLE Application for Accreditation Form will be be made available to attendees upon completion of the conference. We will be happy to cooperate with you in meeting the particular requirements for your state.
We want everyone's event experience to be welcoming, respectful and safe. Check out our Code of Conduct at cuna.org/codeofconduct for more information.
