• Transform your credit union's risk culture

Success requires credit unions to take risks—but how do you know which risks to take? At CUNA Enterprise Risk Management Certification School, you'll learn the fundamentals of enterprise risk management (ERM), a comprehensive framework for identifying, assessing and responding to risk. The framework allows you to improve decision making, recognize opportunities for growth and create value for members.

This three-day school addresses core ERM concepts and prepares you to implement them at your credit union. You'll learn how to:

    • Facilitate risk identification and assessment sessions
    • Assess your risk exposure through quantitative and qualitative analysis
    • Leverage ERM to drive real business results
    • Incorporate ERM into your strategic planning

You'll also meet and network with fellow credit union risk professionals from across the country. By completing the school, you'll be certified as a Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME).
