Volunteer Leadership Committee
To assist in the development of CUNA strategy for the increased involvement and support of credit union volunteers. To serve as a strategic leadership resource for CUNA, providing staff with advice and guidance for enhanced volunteer-centered initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Volunteer Education, Volunteer Succession, Political Involvement:
- Analyze and assist in the development of optimal education/training solutions for volunteers.
- Identify strategies and tools for dealing with the issue of succession planning among volunteers.
- Identify mechanisms for enhancing volunteer grassroots mobilization and political involvement.
