Alecia Labove is a manager with CUNA Creating Member Loyalty™ (CML). Throughout her career in the credit union industry, Alecia has collaborated with faculty, consultants and subject matter experts to design live and self-paced professional development programs for credit union executives. With a PhD in education and over a decade of experience designing and delivering adult learning experiences, she’s excited to design CML programs and lead CML Trainer Certifications.
