Amber Rahn
Amber is passionate about developing inclusive and courageous workplace cultures where authenticity and innovation thrive. Through her work she empowers organizations to recognize that the foundation of success lies in an organization’s culture and the ability to drive individual and team excellence. At Blue FCU, Amber and her team recognized a need for a transformative approach to leadership development and spearheaded the creation of an in-house program that revolutionized the way leaders were nurtured within the organization. Altitude Leadership Development takes a holistic approach by promoting coaching as the cornerstone of a successful leader. Amber leads by example via her own vulnerability as a catalyst for growth and encourages leaders within the program to share their own journeys, challenges, and aspirations. Altitude believes that vulnerability should be celebrated as a strength, not a weakness, and creates an environment where people are empowered to take risks, learn from failures and collaborate without fear.
In her personal life, Amber has a deep love for animals (humans too) and is the owner of an adorable donkey named Clip Clop, several horses and two kittens. In her free time she can be found running mountain trails, watching Ted Lasso and skiing with her family.
