Chris Wheatley
As a leadership consultant and certified executive coach, Chris Wheatley's mission is to develop individuals, teams and organizations that create healthy and productive working environments. Chris currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Learning and Development at Numerica Credit Union, where he oversees the training and development of employees at all levels on strategic leadership, interpersonal effectiveness, and creating high performing teams. Prior to his current position, Chris spent nearly a decade at Gonzaga University in various leadership and teaching roles. He is also a principal consultant with Symbio, a leadership development firm focused on creating organizational authenticity and high-performing cultures. He is active in his local community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Spokane. Chris is certified to administer the Tracom Social Styles Inventory, Fierce Conversations curriculum, Integrative9 Enneagram, and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). He holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
