Marc Kuiper
As a Senior Facilitator in L&D, Marc designed and hosted workshops in order to cultivate leadership, develop employee soft-skills, and drive organizational change. When Suncoast adopted Agile methodologies, he instituted the Credit Union’s first Kanban workshop – spearheading a new way of "getting work done". Now, an Enterprise Project Manager, Marc collaborates with multiple departments across the credit union, including L&D Leadership, so that the organization may integrate Kanban best practices in order to prioritize work, deliver departmental projects ahead of schedule, and bring more transparency and visibility to daily operations.
