Todd Hillis
Mr. Todd Hillis retired from the United States Navy in 2004 after 21 years of Active Duty service.
During his Naval career, he acted as the Information Systems Security Manager for the Southeast Region of the United States. Todd was instrumental assisting the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) in the implementation of its forensics capabilities. Mr. Hillis has over 37 years of significant technical experience. He has detailed experience with vulnerability management, computer forensics, perimeter security, operational security.
Todd’s current role as Global Intelligence Officer for the International Association of Certified ISAO’s (IACI) harnesses his experience in intelligence collection, information security, and network defense to support IACI’s mission of information sharing and analysis for its customers.
Todd has also received sustained recognition and awards from the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Naval Criminal Investigative Service for assistance in software development, forensic examinations, training, and technical support.
