Tracy Nelson, MSOD, SPHR, CPTD

Tracy Nelson, MSOD, SPHR, CPTD, is a senior level human resources, organizational development, and learning/talent development leader with over 30 years of business experience in a variety of industries including 10 years as a senior leader in the credit union industry.  She currently serves as President & Chief Talent Officer at Aspire Talent Group, as well as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Wisconsin School of Business in the MBA program.  Tracy also teaches executive leadership to leaders around the world as faculty for the UW Center for Professional & Executive Development.  She is currently President on the Board of Directors for Greater Madison Society of Human Resources Management, and previously served as President of the South-Central Wisconsin chapter of Association for Talent Development.

Tracy is a frequent conference speaker and is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve more.  She was one of the first in the nation to earn the Certified Professional in Learning & Performance/ Certified Professional in Talent Development designation (ATD), has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation (HRCI) and is also a certified Change Management consultant (Prosci).
