Permission Agreement For Solicitation

America's Credit Unions PAC is the premier political action committee (PAC) of the credit union system and America's Credit Unions and your state league primary means of supporting pro-credit union candidates for office.

However, before America's Credit Unions or your state league can share further information about the PAC and how your credit union can participate in our efforts, federal law requires that your credit union grant America's Credit Unions PAC “prior approval” each calendar year by signing the below:

This credit union hereby authorizes America's Credit Unions and/or your state league to solicit this credit union’s members and executive or administrative personnel for contributions to America's Credit Unions PAC and/or the state league’s federal Political Action Committee (PAC).

The credit union may only grant such prior approval to one trade association per calendar year. The credit union grants its permission to America's Credit Unions and the state league for each year indicated below. The credit union has not approved a solicitation from any other trade association for these years.
