You may return your CUNA purchases within 30 days of shipment. To initiate a return, customers must first get approval by contacting member service at (800) 356-9655 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Once approval has been obtained, a member service representative will provide instructions on how to complete the return. Products must be returned safely and through a traceable means, such as UPS. Upon arrival at CUNA, returned products will be inspected to ensure they have been received in the same condition they were delivered. Customers will be reimbursed for their purchase with CUNA store credit; however, they are responsible for the cost of shipment.
