Ashley Thurston, CUERME, CCUIP, CCUFC
Ashley Thurston is responsible for identifying and mitigating risks for True Sky FCU, as well as managing vendors and leading the grant committee. She has 15 years’ experience in the financial industry getting her start in 2008, specifically in the risk management area. Prior to working at True Sky, Ashley has held various roles at other financial institutions such as Risk Management Specialist, Vendor Manager, Internal Auditor, and Senior Fraud Specialist. Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice administration from Rogers State University. Ashley is a Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME), a Certified Credit Union Investment Professional (CCUIP), and a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC). She currently serves as chairman of the True Sky Foundation Grant Committee.
